• Serviceman Ranks: As the city expands, players enter the Serviceman ranks, which involve more complex challenges, such as managing crime and unemployment.

• Assistant Mayor and Mayor Ranks: The final ranks require players to have a well-rounded city with balanced amenities, low pollution, and high citizen happiness.
